EPS Granules

EPS (Expanded Polystyrene) granules available in white, black and brown color options are used in production of a diverse range of products. The lightweight, rigid, and cellular plastic material passes through a two-stage expansion process. The granules are pre-expanded under steam and then molded into desired shapes making use of either block molding or shape molding method. Both methods are different and selected on the basis of the final product. Industries that demand EPS granules are not limited to packaging, construction, and insulation. The products produced by processing these granules are protective packaging, insulation material, decorative elements, architectural shapes, and lightweight panels.
